However, to keep your jewelry looking new, we strongly recommend following our Care Instructions: avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, sweat, and water (like swimming or showering).

To maintain its shine, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original box or a small zip-top bag, separate from other jewelry to prevent scratching and exposure to air.

We only accept Cash on Delivery.

We offer the following shipping methods: Within Lahore: Delivery within 2 business days. Outside Lahore: Delivery within 7 business days. Please note that processing time (1-2 business days) is separate from shipping time.

We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may be non-returnable unless defective—please check the specific return details on our Returns Page.
