  • Non-Customized Items: Refunds and exchanges are only applicable to non-customized jewelry. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry (unless defective).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).   4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  5. Refund/Exchange Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the defect or damage along with your order number. In such cases:
